Our History

Elodie BUSSO has a scientific university education, qualified in cosmetology and specialized in Regulatory Affairs from raw materials to the finished product including also the fragrance regulation.

She has created her own Consultancy Agency in Cosmetic Regulatory Affairs to make the cosmetic brands benefit from her experience and knowledge according to her values: Proximity, Responsiveness and Goodwill.

Armed with extensive professional experience acquired over years in the European and International Cosmetic Regulation with the creation and the management of the regulatory department of a cosmetic subsidiary, she expects with REGUL BEAUTY to help the cosmetic brands in the development of their products.

She will do everything possible to support you through all the steps of the launch of your cosmetic products (fragrances/skincare products/clean products/make-up products/baby products) in EU and Worldwide.
